<p>4 dovlecei<br />
o ceapa mare<br />

o legatura de marar<br />
o legatura de patrunjel<br />
un ou sau 2 daca sunt mai mici<br />
300ml ulei pentru prajit<br />
1-2 linguri de pesmet sau faina</p>
<p>Mod de preparare</p>
<p>1. se curata si se spala zarzavaturile. dovleceii se dau prin razatoare mare, se scurg de zeama si se pun intr-un bol cu putina sare. celelalte legume se taie marunt si se storc de zeama.<br />
2. mararul si patrunjelul se toaca si se presara peste celelalte legume deja pregatite. se pun ouale, sare si piper dupa gust si se amesteca bine cu o lingura de lemn pana se omogenizeaza.<br />
3. intr-o tigaie sau un tuci, se pune uleiul la incins. se formeaza chiftelutele in ce forma doriti si se dau prin faina sau pesmet, in functie de preferinte. se pun la prajit si se lasa cate 3-4 minute pe o parte si 3-4 minute pe cealalta parte.<br />
4. se scot din tigaie si se pun la scurs pe un prosop absorbant de bucatarie. se srevesc ca aperitive sau garnitura.</p>

<p>Ingrediente</p>
<p>pentru blat:</p>
<ul>
<li>6 oua</li>
<li>200g miere</li>
<li>200g faina pentru prajituri</li>
<li>un plic de zahar vanilat</li>
<li>50g de nuci tocate fin</li>
</ul>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<ul>
<li>800g ananas din compot sau fruct</li>
<li>40 ml brandy</li>
<li>un litru de frisca</li>
<li>2 linguri de miere</li>
<li>50g nuci macinate fin</li>
<li>16 nuci intregi</li>
</ul>
<p>Mod de preparare</p>
<ol>
<li>se separa ouale, albusurile se bat spuma, se aduga mierea, vanilia, galbenusurile, peste care s-a pus putina sare si la sfarsit se pun nucile, praful de copt stins in zeama de lamaie si faina amestecandu-se incet in acelasi sens.</li>
<li>se tapeteaza tava cu unt si faina sau cu hartie de copt si se toarna compozitia, se intinde uniform in forma de tort si se baga la cuptor la 160ºC.</li>
<li>intre timp, se bate frisca cu mierea si cu vanilia si se lasa la rece. se taie bucatile de ananas din compot si dupa ce s-a copt blatul se lasa sa se raceasca. se taie in doua sau trei si se insiropeaza. siropul se face din zeama din compot si se intinde cu o pensula speciala pe fiecare blat.</li>
<li>dupa ce s-a insiropat, se amesteca frisca cu nucile fin macinate si se intinde pe blaturi.</li>
<li>fructele de ananas se pun din loc in loc, atat in interior, cat si ca ornament. se imbraca tortul cu restul de frisca si se orneaza cu miez de nuca coapta si ananas.</li>

<p>Ingrediente</p>
<p>6-8 cartofi</p>
<p>8 castraveciori murati</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>piper</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>o lingurita de mustar</p>
<p>ulei</p>
<p>200g sunca de porc sau de pui</p>
<p>100 g masline naturale</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">1</span>. se spala cartofii si se pun la fiert, cu coaja cu tot, intr-o oala cu apa si sare. se pune si un ou sa fiarba cateva minute, atat cat sa fie tare pentru prepararea maionezei.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">2.</span> dupa ce s-au fiert cartofii, se scurg de apa si se lasa sa se raceasca. se curata de coaja si se taie cubulete si se pun intr-un bol.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">3.</span> separat, in alt bol, se pun galbenusurile crude si galbenusul fiert, dat prin razatoare, putina sare si piper, o lingurita de mustar. dupa ce s-au omogenizat, se pune cate putin ulei si se amesteca incontinuu pana se face maioneza.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">4.</span> se taie sunca bucatele foarte subtiri, maslinele la fel, castraveciorii se taie rondele subtiri si se amesteca cu celelalte ingrediente. la final se adauga maioneza amestecandu-se bine.</p>

<p>3-4 linguri ulei de masline</p>
<p>100 g de smantana</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">1.</span> pentru inceput se curata ceapa de foile subtiri si se spala, iar dupa aceea se desface miezul cu grija, astfel incat sa ramana gol pentru umplutura.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">2.</span> separat, se prepara carnea pentru umplutura. se caleste in putin ulei si se fierbe turnand din cand in cand cate un strop de apa calda. dupa ce s-a fiert, se potriveste cu sare si piper dupa gust iar la sfarsit se adauga si verdeata.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">3.</span> in fiecare ceapa se pune putin unt si apoi umplutura de carne. se aseaza in tava unsa cu ulei, iar pe deasupra se presara cimbru uscat, se stropesc cu 5-6 linguri de vin dulce si se baga la cuptor.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">4.</span> dupa ce s-au rumenit, se scot din cuptor si se servesc calde cu smantana.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">1.</span> se curata si se spala toate legumele si zarzavaturile si se pregatesc pentru ciorba.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">2.</span> ceapa se taie solzisori, cartofii cubulete, iar morcovii rondele. telina se da prin razatoarea mare, ardeiul si gogosarul se toaca cubulete mici iar dovlecelul se taie bucati mai mari. patrunjelul se toacda marunt, la fel si leusteanul si frunzele de telina. frunzele de varza se taie fasii subtiri.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">3.</span> dupa ce s-au pregatit toate legumele, se pun intr-o oala cu apa, ulei si sare dupa gust. se lasa sa fiarba, iar spre sfarsit se pun rosiile decojite si taiate si zeama de lamaie si se mai lasa sa dea in 2-3 clocote.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">4. </span>verdeata se pune atunci cand se serveste, iar daca preferati puteti sa-i adaugati si putina smantana.</p>

<p>4 oua</p>
<p>400g zahar</p>
<p>30 g gelatina</p>
<p>150 g stafide</p>
<p>1 cutie compot de ananas</p>
<p>1 banana</p>
<p>200g piscoturi de sampanie</p>
<p>700ml frisca lichida</p>
<p>Mod de preparare</p>
<p>1. gelatina se pune la inmuiat in 1/2 cana cu apa, timp de 20 de minute. ouale se bat cu zaharul, apoi se adauga gelatina.</p>
<p>2. vasul se pune pe foc mic sa se infierbante bine compozitia, dar fara sa fiarba. se opreste apoi focul si se lasa crema sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>3. se oparesc stafidele si apoi se lasa intr-o strecuratoare la scurs.</p>
<p>4. 3/4 din cantitatea de frisca batuta se incorporeaza in crema calduta. se aduga ananasul taiat cubulete, banana si stafidele.</p>
<p>5. intr-o tava tapetata cu folie se toarna compozitia. se tine la frigider 3-4 ore.</p>
<p>6. dupa ce s-a inchegat se asaza peste compozitie piscoturi insiropate, apoi se rastoarna pe un platou.</p>
<p>7. se decoreaza cu frisca si cu piscoturi.</p>

<p>2 vinete lungi</p>

<p>400g de mozzarella</p>
<p>o legatura de marar</p>
<p>3 catei de usturoi</p>
<p>2 linguri de ulei</p>

<p>Mod de preparare</p>
<p>1. se curata vinetele de coaja, se spala, se taie rondele, se dau cu sare dupa gust si se lasa sa se scurga pe un prosop absorbant de bucatarie . se pregateste si usturoiul si se presara pe fiecare felie de vanata.</p>
<p>2. separat, se pregateste uleiul intr-o tigaie si se calesc vinetele cu usturoiul, 5 minute pe o parte si 5 minute pe cealalta parte. dupa aceea, se aseaza intr-o tava vinetele, peste vinete se pun rosiile taiate rondele si se baga la cuptorul incins, pentru aproximativ 40 de minute.</p>
<p>3. dupa 30 de minute se scot si se pune mozzarella pe fiecare felie si se mai lasa 10 minute pana se topeste.</p>
<p>4. se servesc calde, ornate cu mult marar. gustul de usturoi in combinatie cu mozzarella fac acest aperitiv special.</p>
